Responsibilities:
Planning and directing creative photoshoots for the magazine, collaborating with writing, design, and leadership teams to align concepts with upcoming content, brainstorming new visual ideas and themes, editing and selecting photos to meet magazine standards, organizing and managing photo files for publication, coordinating with stylists, beauty teams, and layout designers to execute shoots, being available for scheduled photoshoots as needed, and working closely with other photographers, the Head of Photography, the Editor-in-Chief, and the Creative Director.

Head Of Art: Sara Corrado

Responsibilities:
Planning and creating original illustrations and visual elements for the magazine, collaborating with writing, design, and leadership teams to align artistic concepts with upcoming content, brainstorming new styles, themes, and creative directions, documenting high-quality photos of artwork for publication, refining and editing art pieces to meet magazine standards, organizing and managing digital art files for layout and archiving, coordinating with layout designers and the creative team to execute visual concepts, being available for art production as needed, and working closely with other artists, the Head of Art, the Editor-in-Chief, and the Creative Director to maintain cohesive aesthetics and finalize all visual content.

Writing
Head Of Writing: Lauren Padilla

Responsibilities:
Researching and developing written content for the magazine, collaborating with design, art, and leadership teams to align articles with planned themes and visuals, brainstorming story ideas and editorial concepts, drafting and revising pieces to meet magazine standards, conducting interviews when needed, organizing and managing written files for editing and publication, coordinating with editors and layout designers to ensure smooth integration of text and visuals, being available for writing assignments as needed, and working closely with other writers, the Head of Writing, the Editor-in-Chief, and the Creative Director to maintain a cohesive editorial voice and finalize all written content.

Modeling

Responsibilities:
Participating in planned photoshoots for the magazine, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and the creative team to bring concepts to life, maintaining poses and expressions that fit the intended aesthetic, being available for scheduled shoots as needed, and working closely with other models, the Editor-in-Chief, and the Creative Director to ensure cohesive visuals and successful execution of each photoshoot.
